Social Life
The social atmosphere at Penn State is wonderful. There are so many activities available to meet new people and hang out with people you are friends with. The HUB always has something to do, whether it is watching movies, or playing board games. The residence halls also have pool tables and ping-pong tables for some competitive action with your friends.
I have met most people through the music department. Everybody is at the Music Building most of the day so we see each other often. After concerts and such, the percussion studio goes out to eat together. I think it is great that the studio can bond so well. We spend a lot of time together and are developing some strong lasting relationships.
